For Employers

  2. Legal Compliance: Job offers must comply with labor laws, safety regulations, and wage standards.
  3. Timely Feedback: Employers are expected to provide timely feedback on shortlisted candidates and placement outcomes.
  4. Work Environment: Employers must ensure a safe, non-discriminatory, and legally compliant workplace.
  5. Payment Terms: All agreed recruitment service fees must be paid as scheduled. Non-payment may result in suspension of services.

  • Shortlist only qualified, verified candidates
  • Conduct background checks and interviews as needed
  • Ensure each candidate undergoes screening and training
  • Provide replacements in case of non-performance (within agreed timeframes)
  • Monitor and support employees post-placement where applicable

For Job Seekers

  1. Applicant Responsibilities
  1. Truthful Information: Applicants must provide accurate information regarding identity, qualifications, work history, and legal status.
  2. Compliance with Instructions: Applicants must follow recruitment procedures, attend interviews, and complete all requested documents or tests.
  3. Conduct: Applicants must behave professionally throughout the recruitment and placement process. Misconduct may result in disqualification.
  4. Readiness: Only apply if you are willing and ready to work. Accepting a role and failing to show up may result in blacklisting.

Prohibited Practices

City Fidelity does not engage in:

  • Selling jobs or placements
  • Discriminatory recruitment practices
  • Child labor or forced labor
  • Demanding payment from job seekers (unless clearly stated as optional admin/training fees)
