To be considered for a role, applicants must meet the following requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old
Possess a valid means of identification (National ID, Voter’s Card, Driver’s License, or International Passport)
Must reside in or near the city or area of operation
Have a smartphone with internet access for communication and reporting
Must be physically presentable, polite, and confident
Minimum of SSCE/WAEC
Additional certifications or higher education is an added advantage
Prior experience in recruitment, sales, or field marketing is preferred but not mandatory
Must be able to communicate clearly in English and/or the local language
Basic knowledge of how to use WhatsApp, Google Forms, and email
Honest and reliable
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Willing to meet weekly recruitment targets
Friendly, persuasive, and good with people
Must be willing to attend a brief onboarding training session (online or in-person)
