Basic Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • Possess a valid means of identification (National ID, Voter’s Card, Driver’s License, or International Passport)

  • Must reside in or near the city or area of operation

  • Have a smartphone with internet access for communication and reporting

  • Must be physically presentable, polite, and confident


Educational Requirements

  • Minimum of SSCE/WAEC

  • Additional certifications or higher education is an added advantage


Experience& Skills

  • Prior experience in recruitment, sales, or field marketing is preferred but not mandatory

  • Must be able to communicate clearly in English and/or the local language

  • Basic knowledge of how to use WhatsApp, Google Forms, and email


Personal Qualities

  • Honest and reliable

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

  • Willing to meet weekly recruitment targets

  • Friendly, persuasive, and good with people


Other Conditions

  • Must be willing to attend a brief onboarding training session (online or in-person)

  • Agents must agree to follow all City Fidelity recruitment guidelines
